I'm Amy Asadi, –a product designer, illustrator, & writer.  

I'm a graduate of the HCI Master's program at the University of Maryland, College Park. Now I design and illustrate games to help foster literacy at Amplify Education.

I'm Amy Asadi, an end-to-end product designer, a graduate of the Human-Computer Interaction Master's program at the University of Maryland, College Park  & recipient of the Jenny Preece and Ben Shneiderman Award for Excellence in HCIM - an award offered to a designer that brought meaningful contributions to the HCI community in Maryland.

Previously, I've been a CELTA English Teacher in Europe & Japan ● a national-non profit Team Leader ● an e-learning business owner ● a pear tree farmer  ● & a jazz & classical guitarist with the Carnegie Mellon Chamber Ensemble. 

Simply put, I find my previous journeys have always been about helping others grow, and it is this that helped shape the designer I am today. 

There's always a good time for coffee talk. ☕️
